Steps to avoid your stress:
First step: Eat nutritious food.
Your body needs nutritious foods. Remember that all disease is
actually stems from what you eat.
Second step: Exercise regularly.
Exercising regularly will help smoothen your body's metabolism.
Third step: Forget the bitter experience of past
Fourth step: Stop looking at the lack of your self-
Fifth step: Do not compare yourself with others
Sixth step: Never hate others
Seventh step: Love your work and activity everyday.
Do not do something your job as a liability because it would cost you.
The ideal is to work at a place or area in preferred because it makes
you happy to do the job.
Eighth step: Find a useful activity

Opinion of some people about working in the building is fun. Some of the reasons for them is always dressed in clean, decent salaries and have a broader relationship. But some people also feel very tired while working at the office. With a myriad of routine that was-that was it, a stack of papers, reports and the eyes are always staring at the computer.
